Amazon Japan · Top 20 Bestseller

Every supporter who donates to our educational work will receive the e-book The Roasting Bible, written by Wing HW Yuen (also available on Amazon). Donate from HK$500 to receive Book 1, or from HK$1,000 to receive the full set.

The author co-founded Tasse Coffee Lab in Hong Kong and Tasse Coffee Roastery in Tokyo, and for years has moved between the two — earning his SCA and CQI Q Instructor credentials along the way, and sitting as a competition judge. The Roasting Bible is the quiet distillation of that craft, set down on the page. To be able to place this labour of love in your hands is our privilege.
